    Team Wellness Challenges

    12 Weeks has been developing and coordinating fun, engaging and educational challenges for 35 years. Fun health competitions educate individuals and groups while motivating them to take action and change through fitness, weight loss, nutrition, and other lifestyle related topics.

    Any Challenge can be Individual, team based, or both. Teams can be comprised of any number of participants, although a client can opt to set minimum or maximum limits if preferred. Team Challenges can be set for ‘average’ steps or points so that teams of any size can compete against each other with no disadvantage.

    Assessments & Screenings

    Our assessments, screenings and profiles are designed to put critical health data at your fingertips.

    Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

    This assessment takes about 30 minutes to complete. You are given an overview of your overall health, as well as a rating for each section. This score gives you a benchmark against future questionnaires so you can track your own progress. You are given a detailed report on where you stand health wise, alongside an action plan designed to help you create realistic goals to improve your health.

    Resilience and Well-being Profile (R & WBP)

    This self-awareness tool is the first step to change. It helps you identify potential areas to include: lack of balance, unproductive coping skills, lifestyle compromise and health risks may contribute to yours wellness, resilience and productivity challenges.

    Health Screens and Health Risk Checks

    Our biometric screening process offers mobile clinics, fitness assessments, mini health screens and health checks. These initiatives motivate clients to stay healthy, regain their health and motivate participants towards change.
    Health Screening Examples Include: Blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol screens, online assessments and consultations

    Webinars & Workshops

    Our engaging and interactive webinars raise awareness of health issues and offer practical wellness strategies and solutions, recommendation of resources, etc.

    Delivery methods

    All our workshop topics can be delivered either face to face (please inquire about locations) or in a webinar format. All workshops have components of interactivity with more focus on sharing in face to face sessions and videos and polls in webinars.

    Coast Capital

    12weeks to wellness webinars are educational and relevant as much today as they were yesterday. The topics are fundamentally human-centered making them relevant and timeless when it comes to human health. They offer interactive options or more formal presentations: whatever works for the business can be built into their delivery. The set-up was simple: pick the topic, communicate the information, the speaker bio and the link, then sit back and learn with the rest of the team.
