Owner and General Manager

Charles has been a leader in personal and organizational fitness, health and wellness since 1985. Charles is responsible for business development, major account issues, team support, new program and company directions as well as co-authoring the 12 Weeks trilogy of workbooks.

Charles has brought his passion for health, wellness, personal change and high service standards through many facets of business and the community and has redefined the new age of personal and workplace health, change and wellness. Charles’ credentials include:

  • Owner of Curtis Personalized Health Management Ltd, a premier personal fitness, health and organizational wellness consulting firm
  • Was actively involved in developing 4 active rehabilitation clinics.
  • Local, national and international Summer and Winter Disabled Games experience as a cross country ski, track and swimming guide for the BC and the Canadian disabled team (visually impaired).
  • Continues to personal train select clients and has worked with some of the worlds’ best known entertainers such as Aersomith, Motley Crue, Matthew MacConnaughey, Richard Dreyfus, and many more.

Charles’ creative work, service standards and passionate team has placed 12 Weeks to Wellness as a leader in personal change and Wellness Management.

Emma has over 20 years of experience in the area of leadership and workplace health promotion and has worked with many private sector and public organizations in Canada and Europe helping them build a health promoting culture and design custom wellness solutions. Emma is passionate about designing workplace wellness solutions that help people reach their full potential by empowering them and giving them confidence and tools to make lasting lifestyle changes.

Bettina works with clients and also takes an active role in the development of new program and webinar content, as well as workshop delivery. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Bettina brings over 20 years of experience ranging from working as a clinical dietitian, in executive wellness, pre-and post-natal community nutrition, long-term care and coaching clients through all stages of life.

Bettina uses a client-centered and evidence-based approach, holding the client accountable and facilitating the process of self-discovery with focus on self-talk and self-compassion, tools that help support her clients in pursuing a happier, healthier, and more balanced life

Registered Dietitian, Certified Health & Wellness Coach

Bettina is a Registered Dietitian, as well as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach with over 15 years of experience. She is passionate about working with children, adults and seniors.

As a dietitian, Bettina uses a client-centered and evidence-based approach, holding the client accountable to the action steps they commit to after each coaching session, as well as providing the client with valuable nutrition resources. Bettina’s empathetic and encouraging style focuses on the individual and their particular life situation, making the relationship with each client her priority.

As a coach, Bettina works from the premise that the client has the answers and serves to facilitate the process of self-discovery by asking the client empowering questions, focusing on the client’s core strengths and values, as well as breaking up big goals into achievable action steps to help the client gain confidence. Bettina works with her clients on self-talk and self-compassion, tools that help support the client in pursuing a happier, healthier, and more balanced life.

Leah’s career has spanned over three decades with extensive experience in personal training, club management and ownership. Since selling her Health Club in 2013, Leah has pursued further education to better understand and service the ‘whole’ person. The majority of her work encompasses Life Coaching, Personal Training and Yoga, delving into the psychology behind lifestyle change and body transformation. She is passionate about inspiring, educating and supporting people’s journey to a healthier, happier and fitter state. Clients are sure to benefit from Leah’s expertise and energetic, positive delivery of knowledge and training principles. Lynn Roodbol, CC, CWC, MRT(Ret)

Certified Wellness Coach

Lynn loves to work with people who want a healthier lifestyle and believes that anyone can improve their health and wellbeing with skills and practice – small changes add up to big benefits!

Lynn previously worked as an X-ray tech and has Bachelor degrees in both Adult Development and Psychology from the University of Guelph. She trained to be a Wellness Coach at Wellcoaches Corporation, where they teach evidence-based methods to help clients make changes that are sustainable.

Lynn learned how to live well – mentally, emotionally, and physically – after overcoming a physical disease many years ago. She will help you achieve self-compassion and confidence so you can take care of your own health as well as you take care of others. Better health and wellbeing for you means better health and wellbeing for everyone!

Cynthia is a bilingual registered dietitian who is passionate to help clients improve their health and achieve their nutritional goals.

She graduated in 2014 from McGill University and received 2 bachelor’s degrees: BSc. in Physiology and BSc. in Dietetics.

Her philosophy is that healthy eating and goals are best achieved through small changes to current habits and not drastic changes. She strongly believes in breaking up large goals into smaller more manageable modifications.

Registered Dietitian

Meaghan is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate to help motivate clients to achieve their nutritional goals.

She is a qualified dietitian committed to helping people eat well and lead healthy lifestyles. As a dietitian, her desire is to increase public awareness that nutrition is an essential aspect in leading a healthy life. Her passion is to prevent and treat chronic diseases through nutrition.

She does not believe in diets, however, she believes in lifestyle modifications, where together we can adapt your nutritional needs to your everyday routine. It will be tailored to you! Meaghan develops and implements personal nutrition plans in order to attain fulfilling results.

Sherry Matheson has coached hundreds of individuals on health and wellness.  Sherry is very passionate about coaching others who seek to live a healthy lifestyle from their strengths and to understand what gets in the way. 

She also provides motivational support with enthusiasm and education based on research along with her own personal experiences.  She assists clients in developing and implementing personal wellness plans in order to achieve long lasting and fulfilling results.
