Certified coaches and registered dietitians

All of our wellness coaches are certified through an accredited coach training program. Clients are connected with a certified coach or dietitian who embraces a holistic wellness philosophy. Our coaches partner with the client on creating an individualized plan for well-being based on the individual’s goals, readiness, values, beliefs, pace, and tolerance to change and priorities.

Our coaching services target mental and physical well-being and meet each employee where they are regarding their current situation, needs, priorities, and preferences for support.
