Bilingual Customer Success Representative
(Part-Time, Contract – Remote)

We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Success Representative to join our small, passionate team. If you love helping others, enjoy variety in your day, and want to make a difference in workplace well-being, this role is for you.
About the Role
In this part-time contract position (approximately 5 hours per week), you’ll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our clients and participants. You’ll provide exceptional customer service through email and phone support, assist with data management and reporting, coordinate survey distribution and analysis, and offer technical support to both clients and our coaching team.
This position is fully remote with flexible hours — ideal for someone who values autonomy and meaningful, purpose-driven work and being a part of an exceptional team with a common purpose..
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally represent 12 Weeks to Wellness by responding to inbound client emails and calls in a timely, friendly manner.
- Provide Tier-1 technical support for clients and offer technical assistance to coaches and dietitians using online platforms and tools.
- Manage and maintain client data, prepare reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Distribute surveys, collect responses, and prepare summary reports and insights for the team.
- Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, documenting and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide backup support to our Client Intake Coordinator, assisting with onboarding and scheduling.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless program delivery and an exceptional client experience.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (required).
- Fully bilingual in English and French, written and verbal (required).
- Tier-1 technical support experience (asset).
- Experience in a wellness, coaching, or health-related environment (asset).
- Management or supervisory experience (asset).
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Experience with Freshworks (asset).
- Basic understanding of IT systems such as WordPress, Joomla, or similar CMS.
- Familiarity with SurveyMonkey or other survey tools.
Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Able to follow established processes with consistency.
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about helping others and contributing to a positive client experience.
